How can a pillow help with snoring and mouth breathing?
It's about head position. A pillow made for adults is too high for a child, so the chin tips toward the chest and the airway gets narrower. To get enough air, the mouth opens. CozyLou is lower and has a curve for the neck, so the head stays straight, the airway stays open and breathing through the nose gets easier.
